Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation by Client:

No refunds will be issued for any services commenced after the project begins. If a client cancels after work has begun, they will be responsible for the full cost of the project. No refunds will be issued for services already completed or for cancellations made after the project deadline has passed.

Cancellation by Nexprism:

Nexprism reserves the right to cancel any project due to unforeseen circumstances or if the client breaches the terms of the service agreement.

In the event of cancellation by Nexprism, a full refund will be issued for any unused portion of the service fee.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 30 business days of the cancellation date.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute regarding a cancellation or refund, Nexprism will work with the client to reach a fair resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
